Email transfers should be sent to jocelyn@peakwyldco.ca\, auto deposit is enabled.  \nWhat if the Trip is Canceled Due to Unforeseen Circumstances? In the event of a cancellation due to “acts of God\,” your credit will be transferred to a future date. If the group hike does not reach the minimum number of participants\, you will receive a full refund. \nCancellation Policy: Due to the nature of outdoor adventures and the upfront costs involved\, all-day adventures are non-refundable. However\, we can issue a credit for the full amount\, which can be used for a future adventure\, provided cancellations are made at least 5 days in advance of the trip. We strive to offer an exceptional experience\, but please understand that weather and safety considerations may occasionally prevent us from reaching the summit or desired viewpoints. \nPlease note that if you cancel within 0-5 days of the event\, a credit for a future event will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to give as much notice as possible\, as spots are limited on each trip. \n																														 \nFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS \nWhere do we meet?  \nTumbler Ridge Visitor Centre – 9:00 AM  \nAddress: 265 Southgate St\, Tumbler Ridge\, BC V0C 2W0 \nAre dogs allowed? \nNo\, only guides are allowed to have their dogs on the trail. \nIs it women only?  \nNo\, everyone is welcome!  \nIs it beginner-friendly?  \nYes\, there are some challenging parts of the trail. This tour is suitable for beginners with walking experience. You should be physically fit enough to walk up and down a few hills and walk at a comfortable pace for at least three kilometres at a time. Note\, this trail is rated moderate and challenging due to it’s distance.  \nCan your child join in on the fun? \nYes\, we love having the whole family out. Minimum age limit is 11.  \nHow did we get to the location? \nWe will carpool in a line with the guide leading to the trailhead. \nWhat is the cancellation policy? \nRefund Policy – Due to the nature of outdoor adventures and that we have many upfront costs\, all-day adventures are non-refundable. We can issue a credit for the full amount that guests can use for a future adventure with cancellations a week in advance from the date of the trip. We do everything to the best of our abilities to provide an amazing experience however due to weather & safety restrictions we may\, at times\, not be able to reach the summit or desired view with the group.  \nIf you cancel last minute 0-7 days you will NOT be issued a credit to a future event. Please give as much notice as you can\, as spots are limited on each trip.  \nWhat if the roads are bad?  \nWe have the meeting at the Tumbler Ridge Visitor Centre at 9:00 AM giving us plenty of time to get there. Please\, take your time on the roads. Make sure to have my number in your phone just in case if you can’t make it.  \nShould I tip my guide?  \nTips are not expected but are certainly appreciated. If you think your rad guide did an exceptional job and would like to indicate that with a tip\, it will be graciously accepted with cash or e-transfer at the end of your tour.  \nWhere can I go to the bathroom?  \nThere are plenty of places to stop and go to the bathroom.  \nIs Peak Wyld Co responsible for your vehicle to the trailhead?  \nNo\, the participant is responsible for the drive to the trailhead.
