As a Health & Leadership Coach\, Yoga Teacher\, Group Fitness Instructor\, and lifelong entrepreneur\, her work is deeply rooted in somatic and emotional intelligence\, and embodied leadership — helping people feel strong\, connected\, and truly at home in their bodies. Her love for the Northern Rockies began in her youth\, exploring the stunning landscapes with her family\, and has since blossomed into a lifelong passion for remote wilderness travel.
