Refund Policy – Due to the nature of outdoor adventures and that we have many upfront costs\, all day adventures are non refundable. We can issue a credit for full amount that guest can use to a future adventure with cancellations a week in advance from the date of trip. We do everything in the best of our abilities to provide an amazing experience however due to weather & safety restrictions we may\, at times\, not be able to reach summit or desired view with group.  What if the roads are bad?  We have the meeting at the Tumbler Ridge Visitor Centre at 10:00 AM giving us plenty of time to get there. Please\, take your time on the roads. Make sure to have my number in your phone just in case if you can’t make it.  Should I tip my guide?  Tips are not expected\, but are certainly appreciated. If you think your totally rad guide did an exceptional job and would like to indicate that with a tip\, it will be graciously accepted with cash or e-transfer at the end of your tour.  Where can I go to the bathroom?  Outhouse available at the cabin.  Are we responsible for your vehicle to the trail head?  No\, participant is responsible for the drive to the trailhead. Peak Wyld Co is not responsible for any damages done to vehicle while driving or parked at the trailhead.
