As a Health & Leadership Coach\, Yoga Teacher\, Group Fitness Instructor\, and lifelong entrepreneur\, her work is deeply rooted in somatic and emotional intelligence\, and embodied leadership — helping people feel strong\, connected\, and truly at home in their bodies.
