As a Health & Leadership Coach\, Yoga Teacher\, Group Fitness Instructor\, and lifelong entrepreneur\, her work is deeply rooted in somatic and emotional intelligence\, and embodied leadership — helping people feel strong\, connected\, and truly at home in their bodies. \nJasta leads classes\, workshops\, private and corporate sessions\, and is a growing team of heart-forward teachers who share the same mission: empowering her students and clients to rise into their most aligned\, authentic selves. \n \nJoss Hannaford \nJoss Hannaford is a heart-centred energy medicine practitioner blending Reiki\, hypnotherapy\, yoga\, and Andean wisdom. Raised on a farm in the Peace River Valley\, she carries a deep connection to nature that weaves into all of her work. Her extensive travels\, including time studying plant medicines in Peru and initiation into the Q’ero lineage\, inform her grounded yet expansive and metaphysical approach.
