Rewyld Her

Jan. 30 – Feb. 1, 2026

Rewyld Her is a two-day, women-centred winter immersion designed to reconnect you with the parts of yourself that feel most alive, grounded, and real.

Adventure Outside. Awaken Inside.

Over the weekend, you’ll flow through intentional yoga, explore snowy trails through skiing or snowshoeing, melt into warmth with Reiki, and savour elevated nourishing meals that support your body and your energy.

This retreat is for the woman who wants to feel awake again — in her body, in her choices, in her presence.

For the woman who craves something real, something unpolished, something that brings her back to herself.

What to expect:
– slow, grounded mornings
– movement that feels intuitive and embodied
– outdoor adventure that clears your mind and opens your heart
– healing practices that melt tension and reignite your energy
– delicious food prepared with intention
– connection with women who value honesty, depth, and warmth

This is your invitation to soften, expand, and rewyld — in the most beautiful season for it.
