Do you want to take your paddleboarding to the next level or learn the basic moves on the water? Before I took this course, I thought I had a good grasp of navigating my paddleboard and was quick to realize how much there is to learn. This course is designed for both beginners and advanced paddlers, helping you master the art of navigating flat water. Highly recommended for anyone who loves to paddleboard!

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for workshops due to our limited availability. However, if Peak Wyld Co needs to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

  • In the event of postponement due to bad weather—such as lightning or extreme winds—we will reschedule to another date. We will not cancel for rain, so please dress appropriately for the conditions.

What do I bring?

  1. Paddleboard (unless you’re renting one)
  • Bathing suit to wear underneath your clothing
  • Dress in layers and bring an extra set of clothes, along with a towel for changing
  • Be prepared for sudden weather changes, including light rain or cool winds
  • Footwear can be barefoot or any shoes that can get wet, such as runners or sandals
  • Note that your bottoms may also get wet
  • Bring a hat or sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and something to drink
  • Any additional equipment you want to practice with
  • Personal Flotation Device (PFD), if you have one
  • Any necessary medications
  • Water bottle

 


 

If you’re bringing your own board, please bring it deflated, and we’ll pump it up together at the location. If you’ve rented a board, you’ll also pump it up with us at the venue. We’ll kick off with dryland training before heading out onto the water.
